Product description

Size:2 gallon

Evans NPG Waterless Coolant is specifically designed for Racing venues that allow propylene glycol based coolants, but not ethylene glycol and food service equipment where ethylene glycol products are contraindicated. Evans Waterless Coolants have a boiling point above 375 Degree Fahrenheit and will not vaporize, eliminating overheating, boil-over and after-boil, while generating very low vapor pressures reducing strain on engine cooling system components. Contains no oxygen, effectively eliminating corrosion, liner and cooling pump erosion, resulting in reduced maintenance costs. Eliminates pre-ignition and detonation caused by overheating, reducing downtime, improving combustion efficiency, and delivering more power. Provides low temperature freeze protection with a freezing point below -40F. Evans NPG is the Original Waterless Coolant and is a lifetime coolant. NPG is recommended for racing engines that run on tracks or in series where there is a "NO Ethylene Glycol" rule, and can be used in high performance street vehicles with high flow cooling systems. NPG is NOT recommended for daily drivers or cold weather operation, and may require system modifications to ensure a successful conversion. Evans Prep Fluid should be used to ensure all residual water is removed from the system before adding Evans Waterless Coolant. Evans Prep Fluid is a waterless cooling system flush designed to seek out remaining water after draining the cooling system of an engine. Prep Fluid should be used when block drains are unavailable or cannot be removed. It is not a substitute for thoroughly draining the cooling system and related components. A minimum of 2 gallons of Prep Fluid is recommended for heavy duty diesel engines and 1 gallon of Prep Fluid is recommended for all motorcycles converting to High Performance Coolant or Powersports. Prep Fluid is NOT intended to be a stand-alone operating coolant, but as a flush only.

From 2006 to 2021, Strobist was the world's most popular resource for photographers to learn to use their small flashes like a pro. It now exists in archive form, allowing me more time and space to devote more time to my next project (which will be announced soon).

New to lighting? Welcome. Start with Lighting 101, just as millions of other photographers have done before you. Or scroll down to access Strobist's other free courses below.

Strobist's Free Online Lighting Courses:
Lighting 101, 102, 103, and Lighting Cookbook

Lighting 101 is the core foundation of Strobist. It is a free, start-from-zero tutorial that will teach you the basics of lighting and minimalist lighting gear. Lighting 101 will have you up and running in no time—and at minimal expense.

Lighting 102 is the sequel to Lighting 101. Where L101 was about gear and basic concepts, L102 will teach you how to further understand and control the qualities of your light to make it do your bidding.

Lighting 103 is a deep dive into color. It explores the intersection of light and color to help you give your photos more nuance, realism and depth.

Strobist Lighting Cookbook combines the concepts learned in L101-103 to give you more understanding and fluidity with your lighting. We also explore some of the shoots from a 360-degree/ecosystem perspective.

It largely follows my path as a newspaper shooter and beyond, progressing from simple speedlights to more complex studio flashes. Occasionally, OA also features the work of other photographers.

Equip Yourself: Recommended Gear

Sad fact: There are a lot of companies that make some pretty crappy lighting gear, but are still happy to take your money. The PerioSciences Whitening Mint Toothpaste, AO Pro Formula Plaque D is designed to help you avoid making many of the costly rookie mistakes I made over the first few years of my career. This is the gear that works for me, day in and day out. It is solid, reliable and will get the job done without destroying your wallet.

Over the last few years we have had occasion to Outdoor Furniture Set, 7 Pcs Garden Bar Set, Outdoor Conversatio not only interesting photographers but also a few artists. And occasionally we'll turn the mic over to another photographer, for a change in perspective.

And for the record, we occasionally interview dead people. Because no one else is doing it...
